I fell in love with directing when I shot my first short film in 1999 at the Art Institute of Dallas and I never looked back. Though I truly love all aspects of filmmaking and have dabbled in most departments in one way or another, directing brings me the most joy.
I’ve worked on many commercials, promos and corporates over the years. Below are my favourite narrative projects.

BLACK SAND – A Sandman Story
Black Sand is a short film, based on Neil Gaiman’s Sandman graphic novels. I consider it one of literature’s finest works. It is both a philosophical treatise as well as a compelling comic book narrative, standing way above the medium it’s presented it. It was a joy to adapt. When DJ and part time dealer gets busted at a rave, he’s forced to serve six months house arrest, which he decides to serve at his ex-girlfriend’s place.
